Sign-up guide

How to sign up for MINERVA

What you need, what can wait, and how we use your data to suggest the right companies. With your Visura camerale at hand, it takes a few minutes.

What you need

The only document to upload is the Visura camerale (Chamber of Commerce extract), and only when you register a new company. Everything else is information you already know.

To create your account

  • An email address and a password of at least 8 characters, or a Google account
  • First and last name. A profile photo is optional
  • Acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy

To register a new company

  • Visura camerale as a PDF, up to 10 MB. It stays internal and never appears on your profile
  • Company name, region and a short description
  • Type (product or service) and category
  • Exact annual revenue in euros, with the year of the last approved financial statement. Profiles only show the revenue band
  • Your mission and at least one company value
  • What you offer and who you serve: businesses, consumers or both
  • At least one goal: what you are looking for on MINERVA
  • First name, last name and role of the contact person

Optional, also later

  • Company logo and VAT number
  • ATECO code and founding year
  • Photos, website, contacts and social links

ATECO code: digits only

Type the code without dots. If you paste it with dots, the field removes them for you.

Example

62.01.00620100

You will find the code on your Visura camerale. The field is in the General section of the company profile, and it is optional.

Quick sign-up

Text fields such as description, mission and offering accept just a few letters. If you want to get in right away, write the essentials and move on.

Then come back and complete your profile. A few letters tell the matching nothing and lower your compatibility on exactly those items. Your completion status is always visible on the dashboard.

How we pick your matches

For every pair of companies we compute a compatibility score from 0 to 100 that combines four areas. Every field you fill in feeds at least one of them.

  • Business fit30%

How well your offering answers what the other company is looking for, and the other way round: goals, industry, size, region and offering description.

  • Market25%

Whether you work in nearby markets: industries served, type of customers, regions and model (product or service, businesses or consumers).

  • Values25%

Whether you work in a similar way: company values, sustainability, mission and vision, certifications and awards.

  • Organisation20%

Whether you are compatible in size and structure: headcount, revenue band and departments.

Missing data never counts against you: that item is simply left out of the calculation. Your industry comes from the category you choose, not from the ATECO code.

Up to 50 people per company

Each company can have up to 50 members. Whoever registers the company becomes its owner. One person can belong to several companies and switch between them.

  • Owner

Created the company and can transfer ownership

  • Admin

Approves join requests and invites colleagues by email

  • Member

Acts on behalf of the company in Explore, Matches and Calendar
